HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in affiliation with Select Medical, seeks an experienced RN for full-time night shifts in Scottsdale, AZ. You will deliver inpatient rehab care, partnering with Nursing Assistants to meet patient goals on each shift.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license and BLS at hire; BSN preferred with clinical experience. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Active State RN license required.
• BLS certification at hire is required.
• Inpatient rehab or clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers and manage a patient load.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document accurately using EPIC.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data for care decisions.
• Transcribe and process medical orders correctly.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
