Job summary
Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary is seeking a full‑time Operating Room RN to function as both circulating and scrub nurse in a dynamic perioperative team. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers and techs to deliver safe, efficient care in a fast-paced OR setting, with rotating day shifts and a 36-hour weekly schedule.
Requires RN license and an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).

- Coordinate and manage perioperative nursing care across cases.
- Maintain sterile field and ensure equipment readiness and integrity.
