You will direct a team of professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives that support clinical excellence in a busy Indianapolis setting.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Licensed RN in Indiana or NLC.
• 3+ years of operating room nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise and control budget, monitor and analyze variances.
• Direct employees to meet mandatory Human Resource requirements.
• Complete performance appraisals of staff members.
• Address patient/family complaints and grievances through service recovery.
• Participate in people management activities: evaluations, disciplinary actions, interviews.
• Oversee clinical competence of personnel.
• Identify staffing needs for oncoming shifts and procure adequate staffing.
• Stay current with developments and technologies in documentation, medications and monitoring systems.
