Qualifikationen

• Nursing management experience of 3+ years.
• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in practicing state.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day administration and operation of Assisted Living and Memory Support services and programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide clinical expertise, education, training and mentoring as a role model and resource.
• Assist in preparation, monitoring and evaluation of operating budgets, allocate resources including labor costs and equipment.
• Ensure an attractive, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, families, and vendors.
• Participate in QAPI committee, analyze and report key indicators.
• Oversee educational programs such as First Aid, CPR, and TB monitoring as required.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to promote positive community image and smooth transitions for new residents.
