Job summary

Requirements include a BSN, active AZ RN license, 2+ years OR experience, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Shift pattern is 3 x12-hour days with a sign-on bonus of up to $20k.

Qualifications

• RN with active Arizona license.
• BSN from an accredited program.
• Stroke education requirements may apply per unit addendum.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff and ensures adequate patient care; manages onboarding and performance.
• Plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care; collaborates with physicians on the medical plan of care.
• Implements nursing processes and evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
• Coordinates staffing and education to meet department goals.
• Directs staff in applying nursing processes and quality improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
