Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice or compact
• BLS certification preferred on hire; must obtain prior to patient care
• Several certifications (PALS, ACLS, NR P, TNCC, ENPC, NB C Specialty, Nursing Exec) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides daily operational oversight and clinical support to the health care team
• Serves as a role model, mentor, and clinical resource
• Drives achievement of unit KPIs and outcomes
