Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Nursing Leader for the Surgery Center to plan, organize, direct, and control daily operations while upholding Mercy Service Standards. The role requires a BSN, RN licensure, and 5 years perioperative nursing experience plus 3 years of leadership.

You will direct a multidisciplinary team, oversee quality control, and manage the department budget while advancing new programs and process improvements within Mercy. This is an on-site leadership role at Mercy in Missouri.

Qualifications

• RN perioperative experience, 5 years minimum.
• Nursing leadership experience, 3 years minimum.
• Nursing license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control activities of the Surgery Center.
• Direct multidisciplinary team and oversee quality control procedures.
• Develop and manage the departmental operating budget.
• Direct development, implementation, and promotion of new programs.
