MercyOne is seeking a Full-time Manager to lead a department with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experiences. The role combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to shape department direction, staff development, and safety culture.

You’ll oversee clinical practice standards, ensure compliant operations, and lead teams through rounds, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with MercyOne’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• BSN required or actively pursuing with completion within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in nursing leadership.
• Current Iowa RN license; Illinois RN license if practicing in Illinois.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, Mandatory Reporter.
