Responsibilities

• Provide first-line management and clinical leadership to an assigned surgical specialty within the Operating Room.
• Collaborate with physicians, Nurse Manager, and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational and capital budgets.
• Interact directly with patients, families, and staff to identify and resolve care issues.
• Provide administrative guidance and support on a 24-hour basis.
