TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an experienced OR Circulating RN to join our dynamic surgical team. You will evaluate patients pre-op, assist with procedures, and uphold patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• RN with circulating OR experience required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor degree or RN diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure.
• Assist with preoperative medications and site verification.
• Participate in universal protocols and time-out procedures.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
