Job summary

Indiana University Health in Fort Wayne is seeking registered nurses to join our patient care teams across shifts. The RN will provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care, collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to support a patient-centered care plan.

We offer a $30,000 sign-on bonus for eligible roles, relocation incentives, tuition reimbursement, and loan forgiveness programs. A BSN is preferred; Indiana RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license in Indiana and BLS certification.
• ASN is required; BSN preferred for advancement and scope.
• Experience in acute care and collaboration with care teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Uphold ANA standards and organizational ethics in daily practice.
