Job summary

Indiana University Health System in Indiana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support our Vascular Surgery service line at IU Health Methodist. You will provide perioperative and clinical support for patients undergoing vascular procedures, collaborating with surgeons, advanced practice providers, and a multidisciplinary team.

This pipeline role offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus for part- and full-time nurses, with ASN required and BSN preferred, Indiana RN licensure or NLC, and BLS

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC license.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions may apply with >2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional ALS may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative and clinical support for vascular procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, APPs, and multidisciplinary partners.
• Contribute to coordinated care across IU Health locations to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance.
