Job summary

IU Health in Indiana is seeking experienced OR nurses to join our fast-paced surgical teams. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available through 9/30/2026, with special weekend premium pay.

We offer shifts across the OR and a culture focused on patient safety and strong teamwork. You will function as circulator and scrub, collaborate with anesthesia and surgical care staff, and help optimize patient outcomes across a wide range of procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.

Responsibilities

• Serve as circulator and scrub nurse in OR.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support patient safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
