Indiana University Health is seeking experienced OR nurses to join our fast-paced team. We offer a $30,000 sign-on bonus for RNs through 9/30/2026 and weekend premium pay eligibility. Candidates should have OR experience and be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Responsibilities

• Work in the operating rooms serving a wide patient range from neonates to adults.
• Function in both circulator and scrub roles; onboarding ~9 months.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesia and surgical care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
