Qualificações

• Efficient time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Intermediate computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency.
• Experience with hospital materials management processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the right product is available at the right time and cost for OR operations.
• Follow all applicable Materials Management and Surgical Services policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory via PAR levels, cycle counts, and LEAN/JIT concepts.
• Coordinate with vendors, process POs, and monitor backorders and substitutions for the OR.
• Create item numbers in MMIS and communicate inventory changes to surgery leadership.
