Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an on-site OR Support Specialist in Los Angeles to ensure MIS and related equipment operate at peak performance. You will work across the OR, SPD, and service lines to maintain instrument readiness, perform troubleshooting, and support credentialing and inventory accuracy.

The role requires OR experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple shifts, including on-call coverage. CRCST certification and MIS familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly in high-stress, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting for endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support data recording, credentialing, and inventory accuracy.
