Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a PRN OR Circulator RN to support the ARC Surgery Center South in Austin, TX. The role requires preparing the OR, maintaining sterile technique, and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures.

This on-site, part-time position supports a team in a fast-paced surgical environment. Required are RN licensure in Texas with BLS/ACLS, a high school diploma or GED, and RN experience; PALS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (RN).
• Two or more years RN experience.
• Current Texas RN license and CPR certifications (BLS/ACLS).
• PALS preferred; maintain licensure and CPR during employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in the OR under supervision.
• Prepare the operating room and ensure aseptic technique.
• Time out and surgical site verification with the team.
• Assist anesthesia and monitor patient safety throughout procedures.
• Document accurately and maintain confidentiality and standards.
