ARC Surgery Center South in Austin, TX is seeking a Peri-Operative (OR) Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in a single operating room. You will supervise and direct patient care in alignment with standards, policies, and the organization’s mission.

The role requires active Texas RN licensure, BLS and ACLS CPR, and prior RN experience (ASC experience preferred). You will coordinate supplies, equipment, and team members to support efficient surgeries and safe patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Two or more years of RN experience.
• ASC experience preferred.
• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS CPR required; ACLS CPR required; PALS CPR preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operating room.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care in a single operating room in alignment with standards and policies.
• Assess patient and family needs to deliver quality care.
• Organize time, equipment, supplies, and personnel for effective case management.
• Prepare the operating room according to patient and procedure requirements.
• Maintain asepsis and document appropriately; ensure sterile technique.
• Coordinate with anesthesia and surgical teams to support patient safety and outcomes.
