Connectly Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team as a Circulator in North Carolina. You will perform perioperative assessments and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

The role requires NC or compact license, BLS and ACLS within timeframes, an associate degree (bachelor preferred), and at least two years of OR Circulating RN experience in orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, or

Qualifikationen

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Surgery and OR Circulating RN roles.
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures.

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all surgical procedures.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Deliver age-appropriate and procedure-specific nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
