Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team as a Circulator in North Carolina.

You will support surgical teams, perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments, and ensure patient safety with precise documentation. The ideal candidate holds an NC license (compact accepted), BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, an ADN with BS preferred, and at least 2 years of OR Circulating experience, including orthopedic, general, da Vinci, and OB/GYN

Qualifications

• Must hold NC state license or Compact license with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• ADN required; BS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Surgery/OR Circulating RN experience.
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all surgical procedures.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Deliver age-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.

Skills
