Job summary

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room Circulator in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will circulate across orthopedic, general, robotic-assisted, and OB/GYN procedures, coordinating intraoperative care with the perioperative team.

Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience and an active NC RN license or Compact license with NC endorsement are required. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive perioperative support.

Qualifications

• Must have NC Registered Nurse license or Compact RN with NC endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of direct Surgery and OR Circulating RN experience.
• Experience performing the responsibilities of an Operating Room Circulator.
• Comfort circulating in Orthopedic, General, robotic-assisted, and select OB/GYN procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care during surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical safety protocols in the OR.
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, techs, and perioperative staff.
