Two or more years in Surgery/OR Circulating nursing and an Associate degree are required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Schedule includes 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Nursing license required (NC license or Compact).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate degree in nursing is required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments for safe patient care.
• Anticipates needs of the surgical team and supports workflow.
• Provides perioperative nursing care throughout the process.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
• Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to deliver quality outcomes.
