Job summary

Talent One Services is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team in North Carolina. The OR supports orthopedic, general surgery, OB/GYN, robotic-assisted procedures, and other perioperative services.

The role requires 2 years of OR circulating RN experience, NC RN license or compact NC endorsement, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). BLS/ACLS are required within stipulated timelines. Sign-on bonus offered.

• Provide nursing care throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative process.
• Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Circulate during surgical procedures and anticipate surgical team needs.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists.
• Support efficient OR workflow and high-quality patient outcomes.
• May float to Endoscopy as needed.
