Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team as a Circulator in North Carolina. You will perform comprehensive perioperative assessments and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active NC or compact license, BLS and ACLS within specified timelines, and at least 2 years of OR Circulating RN experience, with familiarity in orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures.

Qualifications

• NC state license or compact license with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years in Surgery and OR Circulating RN roles.
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, OB/GYN procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments for patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation for procedures.
• Anticipate needs and support the surgical team for smooth workflow.
• Provide age-appropriate perioperative nursing care.
