Job summary

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Medical Office/Hospital/Managed Care 0–1 year required.
• Operating Room experience 0–1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient/family-focused care through cordial greetings and interactions.
• Provides orientation information for guests, patients, and families.
• Identifies patients using two identifiers and ensures safety during transfers.
• Coordinates patient transfers with bedrails raised and proper coverings.
• Maintains awareness of OR schedule to meet deadlines.
