• Obtain detailed medical and ocular histories.
• Perform pre-testing: visual acuity, refraction assistance, tonometry, pachymetry, OCT, fundus photography.
• Prepare patients for comprehensive and medical eye exams.
• Assist during exams and minor in-office procedures.
• Document findings in EHR with accuracy.
• Educate patients on conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic equipment.
