Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and maintain a professional image.
• Assist the optometrist during eye examinations and prep patients.
• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy.
• Input data in CIAO system and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Support scheduling, testing, and coordination between doctor and retail.
• Maintain clean, organized exam and contact lens areas.
