You will work with OD partners to deliver exceptional eye exams and services, ensure quality product selection and insurance acceptance, and create memorable patient experiences aligned with the Acuity Way.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a professional setting with coaching and performance management responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving sales or profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
