LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist who leads with the brand promise and delivers top-quality eye care through collaboration with the MOD, SMM and store team.

You will ensure patients receive comprehensive exams, achieve KPI targets, and act as an ambassador of the Brand inside and outside the organization.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry and ongoing licensure, with a focus on exceptional service, use of the latest diagnostic tools, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and current license to practice.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem solving ability and solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care and ensure high quality ophthalmic services.
