Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with a commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures executional excellence and winning results with the MOD and store team.
• Maintains KPI focus and accountability across the clinic.
• Establishes LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Delivers high-quality patient care and service to customers.
• Provides medical and pre/post-op support as applicable.
• Builds Doctor/Patient relationships and supports team training.
