Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree with licensure or eligibility in the United States.
• Commitment to delivering high quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory, technology and standards of care.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to engage patients effectively.
• Problem solving abilities and solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Optometric care in alignment with brand standards.
• Partner with MOD and store team to achieve KPI targets and strong patient experience.
• Ensure the Brand is recognized as a leading optical provider in the community.
• Maintain licensure and pursue Continuing Education requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on clinical protocols.
• Deliver constructive feedback and foster a positive, patient-centric culture.
