LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and deliver the brand promise with the store team. You will perform clinical protocols, ensure patient satisfaction, and contribute to growth by partnering with store leadership and MOD.

The role requires a Doctor of Optometry, ongoing licensure, and a commitment to high-quality patient care, along with teamwork and strong communication skills essential for patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and current licensure in good standing.
• Commitment to quality patient care and strong knowledge of optometric theory and technology.
• Effective communication and listening skills, with the ability to engage patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the brand promise and deliver high-quality optometric care through clinical protocols.
• Achieve KPI targets and support growth through partnership with MOD and store team.
• Build trust with patients and act as a brand ambassador within the community.
• Maintain office systems and state licensure; ensure ongoing continuing education.
