Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols.
• Partners with MOD, SMM and store team to drive growth and ensure KPI targets.
• Maintains positive doctor-patient relationships and exemplary patient service.
• Leads by example and ensures staff adherence to brand standards and care processes.
• Uses available tools and visual aids to explain eye health and procedures to patients.
