Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Executes clinical protocols to deliver high-quality optometric care.
• Leads KPI management and drives results with the MOD and store team.
• Maintains brand leadership and delivers exceptional patient service.
• Mentors team and ensures adherence to the eyewear service process.
• Maintains state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
