Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver high‑quality eye care within a collaborative team, handling medical practice, referrals and pre/post‑op support as applicable while upholding the brand promise and patient experience.

You will work with the MOD and store leadership to meet KPIs, maintain state licensure, and leverage available eye care technology to diagnose and treat patients. A Doctor of Optometry is required, with continuing education and residency training valued.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures executional excellence in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrates accountability for KPI management.
• Provides high-quality optometric care to patients.
• Collaborates with medical staff for referrals and pre/post‑operative support.
