Job summary

Acuity Eyecare group seeks a Doctor of Optometry to perform comprehensive eye exams, educate patients, and support practice growth through strong patient relationships.

You will interview patients, review ocular and medical history, diagnose refractive errors and eye diseases, and prescribe eyeglasses, contacts, and medications.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry required.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.
• Experience conducting comprehensive eye exams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting eye exams and vision tests.
• Establishing long-term patient relationships through education and care.
• Interviewing patients to determine health history and visual needs.
• Prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications as appropriate.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care and coordinate with other providers.
