Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Optometric Technician to assist ophthalmologists/optometrists and prepare patients for exams with initial testing using optical equipment. Join a team focused on delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional patient interaction.

Requires a HS diploma and US work eligibility; some travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients.
• Favorable background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Total Patient Experience and support patients and doctors.
• Comply with HIPAA and all company policies.
• Operate manual/auto lensometers, autorefractor/keratometer, ret camera, visual field, OCT.
• Follow testing scripts for photos and visual activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of examination equipment.
• Interact professionally with all staff and patients.
• Assist with general office duties and schedule-related tasks.
• Support a team-oriented, patient-focused work environment.
