Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service.
• Explain services, paperwork, tests, and timelines to guests.
• Review prescriptions and patient information with care.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain clean displays and organized stock, including contact lens inventory.
• Assist the Optometrist and coach patients on lens care as needed.
