Qualifications

• Prev medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients or equivalent.
• Favorable result on a background check is required by state law.
• Must provide proof of identity and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow and support the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify insurances (medical and vision).
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
