Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience; optometric experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to educate patients.

• Detail-focused with ability to document patient exams accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist optometrists in delivering patient care from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and educate patients about vision benefits.
• Guide patients in contact lens training, insurance verification, and scheduling visits.
• Coordinate appointments and manage office communications.
