Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience; optometric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist optometrists in delivering patient care from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient histories, and educate patients about vision benefits.
• Guide patients in contact lens training, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Coordinate appointments and manage office communications to ensure smooth flow.
• Document patient exams and procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
