Pritchett Eye Care in North Hills is seeking an Optometric Technician I to support optometrists and enhance the patient experience. You will assist with pre-screening, diagnostic testing, and patient education, helping patients understand vision benefits and training for contact lenses.

You will coordinate appointments, manage communications, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on quality eye care and patient satisfaction.

Competenze

• 1+ year of customer service experience (optometric experience preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and connect with patients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities—you’ll be multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a passion for self‑improvement and a desire to learn new skills.
• Detail‑focused and capable of documenting patient exams and procedures with accuracy.
