Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optometric Technician in Chestnut Hill to collaborate with Optometrists in a high-volume retail setting. You will perform pre-testing, assist with eye exams, and train staff on insertion/removal of contact lenses while helping patients through the booking process.

You will manage patient data, maintain exam rooms, and support the store team, all while upholding HIPAA and privacy policies. Previous experience in medical environments and CPOT certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting doctors in a medical setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with eyewear and contact lens procedures is a plus.
• Ability to learn and use new medical applications quickly.

Responsibilities
