Job summary

LensCrafters Clinic in Durham, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, assist the optometrist, and ensure flawless patient flow during and after the exam.

You will greet patients, perform pre-exam testing, update records in CIAO, maintain HIPAA compliance, manage contact lens inventory, and support retail as needed. High school diploma and strong customer service required; healthcare/retail experience preferred.

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and organize files.
• Input patient data into the CIAO system accurately and update fees.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and contact lenses.
• Support scheduling and patient communication as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized exam area.
