Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and maintain a professional image.
• Answer calls in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Assist optometrist during eye examinations and prepare patients.
• Review prescriptions, patient information, and HL tasks with HIPAA compliance.
• Support appointment scheduling, data entry, and insurance information in CIAO system.
• Maintain inventory and ensure clinic areas stay clean and organized.
