Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent completed.
• Minimum 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Exceed OD NPS and patient retention targets.
• Promote annual eye exams and TAB performance.
• Attract new patients to the practice.
• Lead OD labor model and pre-test patients for smooth flow.
• Greet patients warmly on entry.
• Answer calls promptly and explain paperwork and benefits.
• Schedule reminders and manage no-shows.
• Maintain patient data in TAB and charts.
• Train and certify new staff in procedures.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in record handling.
