The role focuses on delivering the LensCrafters experience, driving OD collaboration, and achieving store KPIs through exceptional service and efficient patient flow.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and accurate data handling to support exam, contact lens, and product services while upholding HIPAA standards and brand expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a patient-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach team members.

• Sales skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional optometric care and LensCrafters experience.
• Coordinate with OD to optimize patient flow and appointment booking.
• Attract new patients and maintain high service standards.
• Train and supervise staff to meet brand and HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient data and prescriptions in the POS system.
• Ensure store promotional activities align with brand guidelines.
