Job summary

LensCrafters in Chicago, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an energetic associate to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will partner with the Managing Doctor to ensure top-quality optometric care while meeting store performance goals.

Responsibilities include guiding patient flow, educating patients on tests and benefits, and coaching staff to maintain exceptional service and HIPAA-compliant records. Prior retail/optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in patient service and sales is preferred.
• Leadership and coaching skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Eyewear customer care and drive patient flow.
• Coordinate with the OD to ensure high-quality optometric care.
• Support staff, scheduling, and clinic operations to optimize appointments.
