EssilorLuxottica's LensCrafters Drs Office is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and drive brand excellence. You will deliver high-quality optometric services, collaborate with the store MOD and team, and focus on KPIs while fostering patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include clinical protocols, staff coaching, and maintaining licensure and CE requirements to uphold the brand's standards in a dynamic retail eye-care environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required; commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills; problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the MOD and store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Provide the highest quality optometric care following clinical protocols.
• Enhance brand awareness and deliver exceptional patient service within the community.
• Mentor and guide team members; provide clear feedback.
• Maintain state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
