Job summary

Talentify seeks a Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to enhance patient experiences by prepping for on-site or remote exams, performing pre-exam tests, and explaining each step. You will liaise between patients and Optometrists and support early patient journey steps.

This part-time role offers $15.50–$23.25 per hour, with training provided. Some travel between stores may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.
• Optical or Healthcare background preferred.
• Medical office professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient registration and submit information into EMR.
• Assist onsite doctor with eye examinations and document results.
• Explain pre-testing and remote exam process to patients and document results.
• Coordinate with retail associates to schedule and manage exam books.
• Maintain patient records and instruct on contact lens care.
